In your role, you will:

- Work as a team throughout the key stages of a project (data collection, writing of visual work instructions, first production control, etc.).
- Define and write, validate, perform the test in production and release the booklets.
- Analyze the feasibility and impact of requests for changes from the program management group (PCR, RFQ ...).
- Plan and implement change.
- Supported production during technical issues.
- Participate in the improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of processes and methods procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (project management, logistics, production, quality).
- Participate in continuous improvement throughout the system to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have 3-5 years of experience or more in aeronautics or as a methods agent.
- You have a good sense of organization, planning and problem solving.
- You have a developed customer orientation, good communication skills and are comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.
- You are fluent in French, both spoken and written.
- You have a good ability to adapt, you are mobile and flexible.
- You are comfortable reading drawings, technical specifications and knowledge of various manufacturing processes (assembly, sub-assemblies, detail parts, composite manufacturing, systems installation, etc.).
- Knowledge in furniture manufacturing will be considered as assets.
- Knowledge of BANN, CATIA V5, and ENOVIA will be considered assets.
