The following qualifications are necessary
*
10+2, Diploma (3.5yrs) in General Nursing &
have valid registration with Nursing Council.
Job Profile
*
To assist doctors in day to day functions in
medical dept. in performing DGCA mandated and company duties.
*
To attend Jet Airways / Jet Lite employees in
case of emergency medical requirement and assist doctors in
administering treatment.
*
To attend passenger calls with duty doctor.
*
To dispense medicines on prescription of duty
doctors in routine OPD cases.
*
To maintain inventory of medicines and
maintain stock for updating kits.
*
To update First Aid Kits and Medical Kits and
get them certified by the doctors.
*
To maintain stock of alcotubes, preflight
books and all essential items for day to day function.
*
To assist the doctors in medical examination
of new staff and to maintain records of pre-employment medicals.
*
To maintain physical records of OPD
consultations, Kits updation, preflight books, medicine utilization
etc.
*
To maintain soft copies of important data as
and when advised.
*
To prepare reports / documents / exchange of
official mails as per requirement of work under guidance of doctors.
*
To supervise the subordinate staff if any and
ensure proper organization / hygiene of medical rooms and equipment.
*
To conduct DGCA mandated Preflight / Post
flight Breath analyzer test for flying crew.
*
To maintain records of Pre flight / Post
flight Breath analyzer test records.
*
To maintain records of Alco IV calibration
certificate and prepare payment voucher and GRN’s of Invoices.
Experience
*
2 - 3 years nursing experience in a reputed
hospital, especially in emergency services.
Duty Hours
*
8 hrs per day 48hrs / week, with one weekly
off.
