Excel Technical Consulting are currently seeking a Mechanical Production specialist to join our Internationally renowned client as a member of their internal production team based in Gloucestershire.

Manufacturing mechanical parts for modification packages to be utilised on various rotary aircraft, you could be part of a team producing mods for air ambulances or a camera mount for police helicopters, so the work is varied and challenging.

You will be responsible for producing parts and inspection of mechanical production, supporting paperwork and certification of work - so previous experience in a similar role will be required.

Mechanical Manufacturing experience is a must, including sheet metal work, and a good working knowledge of aircraft manufacturing regulations would be handy - as will prior knowledge of manufacturing aircraft modification kits.

Salary will be around £35,000 per year with some company benefits, but more than anything, this is an opportunity to join a global company with a rapidly growing rotary engineering base in the UK
