Job Role:

Excel Technical Consulting are currently seeking an experienced material planner to join our valued client on the UAE on a permanent basis.

Planning and controlling technical material requirements, you will be responsible for ensuring that all materials are available at the right time to support both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the companies fleet.

Some of the key responsibilities are:

• Planning of rotable, repairable and expendable materials for the fleet
• Support material requirements at outstations
• Maintain inventory levels
• Reduce Stock build up and ensure accurate and up to date records of materials are kept
• Obtain best performance and and quality standards from repair vendors

The right person for this position is an aviation materials expert, holding at least 8 years experience in a related function, and at least 3 within supervising materials planning.  You will need to be able to manage your own workload, and have a key eye for detail to make sure that materials are managed competently, and effectivly.

In return, you can earn a tax free salary of around £43,000 per year, or possibly more with the right experience.  There are additional benefits such as return flight tickets and health insurance also included, but please be aware that this position offers no accommodation allowance
