Triumph Integrated Systems, Fluid Power & Actuation, a division of Triumph Group, Inc. designs, engineers, tests, manufactures and repairs complex hydraulic and hydro-mechanical aircraft components and systems for the aerospace industry. The Fulfillment Planner will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will follow processes to meet business needs, as well as identifying opportunities for improved processes or simplification.

Responsibilities:

* Lead the planning and scheduling activities for assigned programs, utilizing advanced planning tools, to ensure release of optimized material plans.
* Monitor supply and demand misalignments. Collaborate with appropriate resources to implement corrective actions to resolve issues, while driving for flawless execution of the plan.
* Interface with the Program’s team or IPT team, as a factory facing focal communicating prioritization in the shop, assembly, and sourcing to meet customer demands.
* Develop quarterly sales and delivery commitments for assigned programs, and fulfill those commitments.
* Participate in setting strategic direction for planning and scheduling activities with the organization.
* Translate, prepare and release sub-assembly/assembly orders to meet the established master schedules.
* Develop line of balances (LOB), or other meaningful data in support of customer’s request for schedule recovery. When required, support the Program Manager in customer calls/visits.
* Responsible for inventory allocation in support of the sales/delivery plan, and customer service requirements.
* Evaluate customer’s request to accelerate or decelerate schedules for assigned programs.
* Work to control inventory levels, cycle times, and assembly loads, to support production schedules.
* Prepare for, and participate or direct key business meetings dealing with deliveries, delinquencies, and inventory.
* Ensure business system is maintained, with high level of accuracy.
* Develops raw material requirements and scheduling requirements from engineering specifications and production schedules and plans and manages material movement with purchasing, warehouse, and production.
* May use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems. May negotiate lead times with suppliers and manage schedules for timely delivery

* Experience/knowledge of ERP systems.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities.
* Ability to work effectively in all environments.
* Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or High School Diploma with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* One year material planning or production control experience desired.
