MATERIAL COORDINATOR

Join us as a Material Coordinator and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in Youville, Quebec.
As a Material Coordinator, you will manage a spare part pool required to support the different project milestones and phases when a trainset is being delivered to a customer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluate, order and follow-up all required spare parts at field site to support our customer during the train warranty period;
- Meet contractual milestones for spare part deliveries to the customer;
- Follow-up field site inventory tracking system initial set-up and monitor parts usage and performance;
- Track configuration changes related to spare parts to maintain the latest updated spare parts pool;
- Participate in process amelioration and standardization forums for spare parts procurement.
Qualifications
Key requirements:
- Certificate in Operations and Logistic Management;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Business applications and SAP environment;
- Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and spoken.
