GET TO KNOW THE ROLE:

Our Loyalty program is the core of our business. As our Marketing Planning Specialist you will be responsible for managing and coordinating Velocity’s multi-channel marketing plan and strategy, strategic initiatives as well as projects across virtual and executional teams.

The day to day accountabilities of the role involve:

Maintaining the overarching multi-channel marketing plan Managing the marketing planning framework– lead bi-annual planning cycles, scheduling campaigns, generating and socialising the marketing and executional plans, leading the review process.

Coordinating the resourcing of campaigns, strategic initiatives and projects across executional teams and virtual cross-functional teams.

Facilitating process improvement for day to day delivery of executional marketing plan within the Marketing division.

Tracking delivery of strategic plans and performance against strategy, as well as creating board updates Interested? We’re sure you are! You can also find more information in the position description below!

LET’S GET TO KNOW YOU:

You will have proven experience in a similar role within marketing planning-developing and managing strategic marketing plans.

An understanding of direct and data driven marketing Strong conceptual and analytical skills Proven experience in customer relationship management and digital marketing strategies and techniques The ability to develop marketing plans to support commercial targets Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills Experience within or exposure to the airline/travel industry or loyalty programs will be favourable
