Morson International is currently looking to recruit a number of Manufacturing engineers to develop manufacturing processes.

Ideally looking for engineers with an aerospace background who can take their knowledge and apply this to ship building.

We are looking for experts in one of the following skill sets: Tooling, NC/Machining, Quality, Producability, Digital Manufacturing, detail planning and Industrial Engineering.

The role will be to establish capabilities and maintain these for the particular skill to include policies, process, procedures and standards. You will be expected to have knowledge of Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, 3Cs, Kaizan etc)

These roles will be based in Glasgow and expect to last a year. There will be some flexibility on working hours (Potential 4 day week etc) and rates are negotiable.

All candidates will be required to obtain UK Security clearance.
