MANUFACTURING ENGINEER OFFICER MF Hamburg

Here is the description of a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER OFFICER position :

 

You define and explain the assembly work to be done on the basis of the aircraft definition.

 

Activities:

Check the plans received from the engineering office;

Write working instructions or data sheets according to the requirements of the engineering;

Consistently optimise (cost effectiveness, quality, time) the processes for production, assembly, tests, controls and inspections;

Define the company needs necessary for production;

Define the production times necessary for the different working steps;

Create DQNs and transfer them to the engineering office;

Process the DQNs following production remarks;

Modify/update the data instructions in accordance with production remarks.

 

Experience:

Professional education and experience in mechanical production/manufacturing engineering, industrialization, electro-technical, electronics, metal sheet structures, composite plastics processing or maintenance

or comparable German armed forces (Bundeswehr) degree

or technical education  with several years of professional experience in Production Planning, preferably in Aviation

or German REFA occupational training

 

Start : as soon as possible

Weekly working time : 40h

Contract : 1 year, 6 months trial period
