Manufacturing Engineer

Randstad Engineering is excited to be recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading Aerospace business based in Bristol. As a member of the Production Engineering Team, the main responsibilities are:

  • To provide direct support to shop floor manufacturing activity
  • Support Quality related activities including non-conformance reporting and the concession process.
  • Create and maintain key engineering documentation required through all stages of the manufacturing process.

The main activities of the role are as follows:

  • Follow documented engineering processes.
  • Document changes to product configuration.
  • Assess non-conformity and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the control of product movement through amendments to manufacturing documents.
  • Produce and maintain manufacturing routings, sketch sheets, inspection cards and all necessary documentation to enable efficient and robust manufacturing.
  • Creation and maintenance of tooling drawings
