Randstad Engineering is excited to be recruiting for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join a leading Aerospace business based in Bristol. As a member of the Production Engineering Team, the main responsibilities are:
- To provide direct support to shop floor manufacturing activity
- Support Quality related activities including non-conformance reporting and the concession process.
- Create and maintain key engineering documentation required through all stages of the manufacturing process.
The main activities of the role are as follows:
- Follow documented engineering processes.
- Document changes to product configuration.
- Assess non-conformity and implement corrective actions.
- Support the control of product movement through amendments to manufacturing documents.
- Produce and maintain manufacturing routings, sketch sheets, inspection cards and all necessary documentation to enable efficient and robust manufacturing.
- Creation and maintenance of tooling drawings
