About Your Job
To manage the Qatar Aviation Services (QAS) Resource Management Support department within agreed standards and financial targets. To provide leadership and management for the provision of resource management support, RMS configuration and setup, database management and development, Business analysis, Business process testing and migrations. To deliver a consistently high standard of operations in line with respective Customer airline Standard Ground Handling Agreements and Service Level Agreements.
About You
You will have a minimum Bachelors Degree or equivalent in IT, Business studies, or Project Management. A minimum of 7 years of job-related experience is required with preference in RMS, Airside Ramp Operations, Customer Services and experience at an operational department level. You must be an excellent communicator in written and spoken English.
