Job Description
Required Qualifications
&
Experience
* Must be fluent written, spoken and reading in Arabic and
English.
* Marketing/CRM experience, including leading customer loyalty
and direct marketing programs
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with commercial acumen.
* Ideally experience of presenting to CEO and Board – or the
poise required to do so.
* Excellent communication skills and experience in working with
people at all levels
* Experience developing and implementing a loyalty program
Required Certificates
Bachelor in BA or equivalent work experience

* Ability to maintain the overview and see the bigger picture
* Able to create and maintain strong internal and external
networks
* Willingness to travel

Duties and Responsibilities
* Monitor the performance of the frequent flyer program
* Increase program partnership portfolio
* Manage partnership portfolio and distrebution of content on owned and paid media channels
* Oversee program internal projects and their completion in a
timely manner in focus but not limited to partnerhsips
* Sustain a culture of disciplined innovation through a process
of testing and learning that support innovation and brings proven winner to
market
* Come up with new ideas to attract more guests to join the
program
* Work with external partners to provide service to members
* Analyze and seek for improvement opportunities
* Handle complaints
* Benchmark and research market trends related to loyalty
programs (mainly in aviation)
