In your role, you will:

- Lead a team of Logistics Line Managers and Senior Logistics Agent unionized employees in a Supply Chain environment for both Procurement Planning and Final Line Material Handling activities
- Responsible for Inventory, warehousing, demand planning, spares purchasing, A/C BOM accuracy, Fabrication, deployment and reverse logistics of all parts.
- Ensure that a system and practices are in place to identify and mitigate all types of supply chain risks within business area of support.
- Ensure the availability of material on timelines required by the Business Unit.
- Plan and support in-service activities requiring parts and inventory, schedule harmonization and tracking, engage in problem solving and any activity related to timely delivery of quality components to support the in service fleet and international distribution network.
- Actively lead and drive execution of the Achieving Excellence System within area of responsibility (i.e. SQPHCA, Visible Leadership, etc) in line with Bombardier strategic vision.
- Lead and develop a high performing team to meet objectives and work with a cross functional mindset.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations Management, with a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in supply chain/Inventory & schedule Planning/Material Handling, two (2) of which are in management.
- You possess excellent leadership skills including strong ambition and desire to succeed, a strong professional ethic and proven planning, prioritizing and organizational skills.
- You have strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate a team
- You are proactive, results oriented and strive for continued improvement.
- You demonstrate developed interpersonal skills in order to work effectively with a variety of individuals from different departments and other organizations
- Bilingual in English / French is an asset
