Mission

* Create, develop & maintain a common dashboard & reporting platform for EW/SN

* Perform Global sales steering & planning in order to achieve the specific EW commercial goals and KPIs under HX responsibility (Sales Channels as defined in the Commercial Partnership Agreement)

* Ensure communication & alignment between the EW commercial steering organization & FRA HX/PD

* Secure interface between HX/PD and SN commercial steering unit for field sales related steering topics (Go-to-person)

Tasks

1. Functional lead EW Reporting, Sales Steering & Planning

Please describe here shortly the purpose of the key result area

Main activities

* Continuous monitoring, analysis and interpretation of the global EW sales results, identifying deviations to target and developing corrective measures. Ongoing feedback from field sales.

* Represent EW Commercial unit (P&L responsibility) within and towards LHG Global Sales unit (HX/P) and vice versa (“Go-To-Person”).

* Leads the development, implementation & follow up of action plans / requests from field sales in coordination with EW interfaces

* Supports revenue budget and incentive planning together with EW commercial stakeholders

* Provides decision support to EW Commercial management, especially in regards to sales input in regards to Network development, budget planning and proactive and regular feedback on overall sales performance including all revenue sources (field sales, online, ancillary)

* Presentations and ad hoc analysis in regards to overall commercial performance for EW management

* Interface to EW sales team in regards to overall EWG commercial performance

* Promotes and ensures coordinated evolution of EW sales reporting hub towards alignment and integration with HX reporting landscape

2. Functional lead to LHG HX/PD

Main activities

* Responsible for the creation, implementation and maintenance of a common EW dynamic reporting tool & dashboards for the EW Management

* Continuous monitoring, analysis and interpretation of the global LHG/EW field sales results, identifying deviations to target and developing corrective measures.

* Steering of business intelligence units in the various regions to ensure the quality of revenue for LHG/EW.

* Definition and prioritization of market and customer needs for EW within the LHG sales organization. Identifying and communicating new business opportunities.

* Represent EW commercial org. (P&L responsibility) within and towards LHG Global Sales unit (HX/P) and vice versa (“Go-To-Person”).

* Efficient use of incentives and other resources in the frame of global LHG/EW sales strategy in relation to LHG/EW.

* Competitive EW product positioning within the global sales organization.

* Consolidation of global market inputs with relevance to EW P&L impact – early warning system.

* Ensure accomplishment of all EW business activities in the area of responsibility in-line with relevant regulations.

* Planning, monitoring and reporting of LHG/EW budgets and results for the area of responsibility.

* Miscellaneous LHG/EW sales steering & planning tasks upon request.

Profile

* Professional Masters (preferably in quantitative studies eg; statistics, mathematics, economics etc)

* >5 years professional experience preferred

* Good understanding of the aviation industry and their main performance indicators

* Know-how of Brussels Airlines and LHG sales, communication & reporting tools environment is an asset

* Computer proficiency (standard Microsoft suite)
