This recruitment is for a Manager of Flight Investigations with Ravn Air Group. This position reports to
the Director of Flight Safety and is responsible for the conduct of flight safety investigations. The
successful candidate must have a private pilot license (at a minimum), the ability to maintain a high
level of professionalism and confidentiality, and a high level of proficiency with computers. This is a non-exempt, full time, benefit eligible position. Position typically works Monday through
Friday in Anchorage, however overtime will be required as dictated by the needs of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required, with a high preference towards college graduates; Private pilot license required, with a preference for commercial or multi-engine ratings, and/or an A&P
license; Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word programs; Must be detail-oriented and strive for the highest level of accuracy; Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality; Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage a fluctuating workload; Able to work with minimal supervision; Able to pass a background screening; Comfortable working in an airport environment around odors and sounds typically associated with
operating aircraft.
Duties & Responsibilities Performs as a WBAT analyst for all Ravn Alaska and Ravn Connect flight crew WBAT reports; Coordinates with applicable managers and directors to determine corrective actions for flight crew
WBAT reports; Monitors and facilitates flight crew WBAT report closure;

Conducts internal flight safety investigations of incidents within the Company; Conducts internal flight safety investigations as a result of employee reporting within the Company; Assists with analyzing WBAT data for flight safety trends and prepares reports; Reviews technical data in relation to the conduct of flight safety investigations (e.g. FDR data, training
records, etc.); Prepares flight safety investigation reports; Is a qualified flight operations auditor in accordance with the IEP; Conducts flight operations audits as directed; Other duties which are reasonable within the scope of this role may be assigned.
