Role Purpose

Proactively identify and establish commercial arrangement with strategic partners to expand interline revenue stream

Key Accountability

Lead commercial cooperation and negotiations to ensure MH objectives are achieved

Monitor and guide interline contracts to ensure accuracy and timely conclusion and implemented as intended

Monitor the planned actions, compliance to procedures and conduct performance review of existing interline agreements to ensure continuous value improvement to MAS

Review interline performance to identify areas of weaknesses as well as opportunities

Qualification

Degree

Field of Study

In related disciplines or its equivalent from recognised highers institutions application

Working Experience

10-14 yrs related working experience

Skills & Knowledge

Knowledgeable in Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management

Knowledgeable in IATA Proration, fare filing and related airline industry matters

Strong in negotiation skills and team building

Strong in analytical and problem solving skills
