Manager Agency Risk Management

Description

Report to Manager, Agency Management, North Asia.

Responsibilities

1. Insure all proposed activities executed in risk management operations and daily settlement aligning with IATA Resolutions and SOPs. Take GDC accountability for performance of the SOP processes risk management and daily settlement.

2. Responsible for the risk management operations and daily settlement operation fully align with the Reso/SOP/KPI targets. Responsible for project management and assure to achieve all KPIs and targets.

3. Responsible for and lead the feasibility study of daily settlement on projects enhancement Project and risk management enhancement project. Deliver the Feasibility Study Report, Business Case and Implementation Plan accordingly.

4. Responsible for evaluation and enhancement on the current global and local systems, with the requirement of risk management project and come up with system solutions to global streams.

5. Responsible for the promotion of global project in aviation and to achieve implementation targets. Responsible for the promotion of daily settlement on BOP project in airline and to achieve implementation targets.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Proactive, result oriented and demonstrate competencies in project management and excellent mindset in customer services.

2. Both a strong team leader and player with strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities, individual ability to manage self, direct team and network ability to integrate across teams.

3. Show sound analytical and operational knowledge and skills, be innovative and creative in operations, good at facilitating and stakeholder management.

4. A keen and fast learner, has strong intent and aspiration to go beyond with successful track records.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills both in written and oral English.
