Maintenance Summer Worker

Moog Industrial Group has an opportunity for a Summer Maintenance Worker in the Maintenance department on 1st shift at our Murphy, North Carolina location.

Here is what you can expect in this role:

* Work on facilities projects and operations

* Carpentry and plumbing work

* Assist in fire protection, water treatment, electrical, construction and recycling projects

* Work with hand tools, power tools, and around hazardous materials

Here is what we are interested in:

Minimum Requirements:

* Pursuing a college degree

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* Ability to stand for majority of shift

* Ability to work around chemicals

* Willingness to be forklift certified

* Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Preferred Requirements:

* Prior work experience with Moog

* Preference given to referrals from internal Moog employees
