Job Role:
Excel have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented Quality Manager to join our valued client based in Germany on a permanent basis!
This position will oversee the Quality Management for the maintenance operation of a rotary facility, covering all Part 145 and CAMO requirements.
Some of the responsibilities can be detailed as:
- Maintenance of MOE Manual
- Securing of incident reports relating to airworthiness and maintenance
- Implementation of recommendations from audits
- Carrying out of, and reporting on of audits
- Verification of compliance with Part 145
- Liaison with authorities - LBA, EASA etc
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in a similar position, ideally within a rotary based MRO or operator, and have a strong knowledge of national and international laws and regulations.
It is preferred that you speak some German, although this is not essential, and you will be assertive and proactive in your activities, building an environment of trustworthiness within the company.
In return, you can earn up to €80,000 per year,with additional benefits such as flexible working hours.
