Maintenance Program Manager

(based in Budapest)

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical expertise to maintenance Contracts department

* Evaluate potential Providers bids, capability, quality system, background etc.

* Visit and evaluate potential Provider premises

* Ensure on behalf of Technical team lead negotiation process with OEM, MRO etc.

* Establish direct contacts with contracted MRO Key Account Managers

* Coordinate removable/installation slots with Long Term Planning (LTP)/Short Term Planning (STP) altogether with MRO capability and availability

* Coordinate close loop repair and quotation approval with contacted Providers

* Provide planning for and manage the Base Maintenance team Technical Representatives

* Prepare the Business and Financial plan for the heavy maintenance events

* Coordinate shipment of Loan Units (units supporting scheduled program overhaul) between WZZ, MRO and contracted Provider

* Check, control and approve all invoices related to base maintenance and schedule program

* Provide Head of Engineering and other involved people with regular updates

* Keep a monthly follow up of the Heavy Maintenance KPIs

* Make sure the Heavy Maintenance events are within the budget definition and if not, be able to explain the deviations

* Propose initiatives for continuous improvement, both from a quality perspective and economical perspective

* Manage monthly meeting with WZZ STP, LTP and Technical Supply Team

* Manage monthly meeting with MRO where the KPIs and other important subjects are discussed

* Manage half term Wash up meeting with MRO

* Coordinate annual meeting with contacted Provider to go through the previous years performance

* Support WZZ special projects i.e. EOL as per EOL Managers requests

* follow applicable requirements of Safety Management System i.a.w. Section 4 of OMM

Requirements:

* Finalized University/College degree

* Fluent English knowledge;

* A320FAM type training (Level III) or equivalent;

* Expertise on Base Maintenance and overhaul component program;

* Aptitude for managing under complex and stressful environment;

* Five years relevant work experience within a Part-145 or Part-M approved organization;

* Good people management skills
