Job Role:
Baseline on behalf of our client require a Permanent MOCC Duty Manager
About Your Job:
In this role, you will be responsible for reporting to the Senior Manager MOCC, providing oversight and control of all activities within the Maintenance Operations Control Centre, ensuring company procedures, health and safety requirements are adhered to all at all times.
You will undertake full responsibility of all operational decision making in the 48 hour window period to prevent or minimize impact to operations and passenger convenience ensuring company procedures, health and safety requirements are adhered to at all times.
You will ensure highest standard of support, services and technical dispatch reliability are provided to the QR Operation and QR customers
You make sure that operations are supported continually through the MOCC by providing troubleshooting recommendations and liaising with concerned departments to manage ground time for defect rectification with minimum operational disruptions.
Qualifications:
■ Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or Trade or vocational aircraft maintenance qualification or Degree (B.Eng., BSc) or equivalent in aircraft engineering + holds ICAO/QCAA License and approvals. Completed the Management training and assigned role specific courses.
Experience:
■ External: Minimum 8 years of Certifying experience with four years MOCC experience and technical management experience.
