Maintenance Mechanic II

Position Description:

• Perform all aspects of electrical work throughout the facility, all power and control wiring, basic plumbing and process piping.
• Troubleshoot all mechanical and electrical problems with production and support equipment throughout the facility.
• Perform all equipment start-ups product and support equipment and the necessary checks and inspection for proper operation.
• Work with outside contractors to complete capital projects.
• Assist in the weekly inspection of egress and fire protection system for the entire facility.
• Make all necessary repairs to all production and support equipment.
• Support RCRA per Operations Manager’s direction.

Position Requirements:

• Is accountable for safety, the cleanliness of his / her work environment and continuous improvements.
• Dedicated to providing the highest quality products in accordance with ISO Elements.
• Can be counted on to meet or exceed goals successfully while pursuing tasks with energy and drive.
• Be a team player and maintain a good attitude, attendance and flexibility in job assignments with adaptability to changing business.
• Work overtime as needed or as required with appropriate notice and in accordance with company policy.
• Understanding the Quality policy and providing input to its quality objectives
