Machine Operator

Position Description:

The machine operator performs all functions related to Extrusion, including but not limited to: calculating and preparing resin blends, starting-up and lining out all extruders; changing dies; monitoring and maintaining standard operating conditions; troubleshooting to correct any process problems; keeping accurate production records; and packaging finished product as required.

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to work shift work. Overtime may be available.
• Must be quality conscious, possess a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in a team environment.
• A background in maintenance, machining or extrusion experience is a plus.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and be mechanically inclined.
• High School diploma or GED required
