Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Aircraft maintenance experience
- Aircraft engineering apprenticeship/ military training or equivalent
- Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office
- B1 or B2 licensed engineer
- Full driving license
- Good communication skills
- Good team player who can work by themselves
- Good organiser
- Flexible and committed approach to the job
- Must be able to hold Airside pass and driving permit.

Desirable Skills
- Q400 and/or EMB 170/190 series experience
- Good understanding of EASA Part 145
- Knowledge of Flybe’s systems and procedures
- Q400 or EMB 170/190 series qualified
- Willing to work aware from base
- Motivated to self-improve
