Licensed Engineer BZZ

Job purpose

To carry out aircraft maintenance, line station tasks and AOG recovery.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Aircraft maintenance experience
• Aircraft engineering apprenticeship/ military training or equivalent
• Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office
• B1 or B2 licensed engineer
• Full driving license
• Good communication skills
• Good team player who can work by themselves
• Good organiser
• Flexible and committed approach to the job
• Must be able to hold Airside pass and driving permit.

Desirable Skills

• Q400 and/or EMB 170/190 series experience
• Good understanding of EASA Part 145
• Knowledge of Flybe’s systems and procedures
• Q400 or EMB 170/190 series qualified
• Willing to work aware from base
• Motivated to self-improve
