Job Role:
Reporting to the Photography Production Manager the Lead Videographer will have responsibility for delivering engaging content on time against the annual rolling shoot calendar whilst managing another videographer.
Working in the Creative Services Team within the wider Marketing Team you will manage the Video team and cover all Video requirements across our 9 UK bases and our hotel properties overseas. You will develop a team that can deliver against defined internal SLAs and KPIs for HR, PR, Trade, Social, Marketing, Destination and Property shoots.
You will be an accomplished Videographer yourself with a Portfolio to prove it. You will not be shy behind the camera either on shoot or in leading a team. You will mould and inspire by spotting areas to improve the way we shoot so that the Jet2 brand shines through, and ensure that maximum potential is achieved via the team in acquiring consistent company content.
