Reports To: Technical Services Fleet Support Manager A350 & eOps

Purpose:

Cathay Pacific is continually striving to ensure that our fleet is safe, reliable and achieving industry best levels of operational performance. Technical Services eOperations is a new team responsible for ensuring eOperation systems fitted to the A350 and legacy fleet types perform and deliver to their operational design goals. The team will be responsible for the operational administration and performance of eOperation systems whilst providing specialist technical support to the operation and monitoring long term reliability of eOperation systems.

Section Responsibilities:

* Lead and drive issue resolution and operational improvement initiatives across teams

* Operational performance of e-enabled aircraft systems

* Providing specialist technical support to the operation

* Proactive reliability monitoring of e-enabled systems

* Field loadable software delivery management and configuration control

* e-Operations business process and procedures development

* e-Operations organizational training development and delivery

* e-Ops maintenance documentation management

* Engineering E-operations security

* E-operations operational support

* A350 software configuration management

* A350 software modification management

* Supporting software user acceptance testing

* Supporting software user acceptance testing

Experience, Key Skills & Qualifications:

* Degree in Engineering/ Aerospace /Information Technology related discipline

* Minimum 7.5 years experience in a technical development or support role desirable

* Experience of working across teams and with 3rd party vendors

* Aviation engineering knowledge, preferably in avionic systems discipline

* Experience on software upgrading into production/ IT applications testing desirable

* Experience of participating in e-Operations project activities desirable
