You will have responsibility for system and software architecture design decisions related to the security of the products and services working across disciplines within the business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones.
Apply systems and security architecture knowledge, tools, and principals while working with product development subject matter experts to develop and secure our products and services. Support the design and security of high tech systems and solutions within the connected aircraft enhancing not only the passenger experience but also the crew, operator, and ground service station’s need for information.

YOU MUST HAVE
* Bachelor’s degree
* 5 years of systems and/or software architecture experience
* 10 years of engineering experience
WE VALUE
* Advanced knowledge of systems development life-cycle
* Strong systems or software design skills
* Working knowledge of industry standards such as AS9100, ARP4754, DO-178, DO-278, DO-326
* CISSP or similar security certifications
* Experience with system security assessment (threat modeling, security risk assessment/analysis)
* Familiarity with information technology principles, concepts and techniques to including software languages, design concepts, test methods, and integration practices
* Strong technical and analytical skills, while providing accurate analysis of security-related problems
* Knowledge of VPN technology and other point-to-point encryption solutions
* Understanding of SNMP, TCP/IP, and Ethernet networking and network management concepts
* An experienced understanding of the industry requirements for cyber security based on embedded systems, especially around avionics systems
* Experience in Cryptography, encryption, layered protection systems
* Experience in vulnerability assessment and threat analysis
* Strong problem solving, communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management with little supervision
* Ability to work with diverse and global teams
* Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
* Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
* Ability to adapt with project changes as needed
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
