Job Role:
VHR are currently searching for a Lead Auditor for our Client, a helicopter operator in the offshore industry based in Germany.
Succesful candidate will be responsible for
- Preparation, conduction and documentation of audits in the areas flight operations, ground operations, CAMO, Part-145, ISO 9001
- Conduction of supplier audits in Germany and abroad
- Conduction of client audits
- Follow-up of audit complaints
- Self-responsible controlling of the of the relevant legal requirements, procedures, interfaces of internal standarts, especially with regards to the elements of the Safety Management System (SMS)
- Continuously support, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system
- Contact to the authorities and coordination with the LBA auditors within guidelines
- Support the development of yearly audit plans
- Assistant development and maintenance of relevant documentation, manuals and procedures
- Support the specialist departements with department and company overlapping opimization and problem solutions
- Taking over special tasks and projects
Requirements:
- Studies of aviation technology or pilot training (CPL or ATPL) and/or B1 or B2 personnel
- Audit training (aviation preferred)
- At least 2 years of auditing experience
- Experience in the areas flight operations and/or maintenance and/or airworthiness
- Experience in flight security and quality management
- Good skills of air legislation in commercial aviation (e.g. 965/2012; 1321/2014; 748/2012) ideally in the helicopter area
- Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Q-Pulse, Gannet, Fleetplan)
- Good English skills
- Ability to think analitically, conceptionally and critical
- Very good oral and written power of expression and representation
- Autonom, realiable, independent type of working as well as flexibility
- Good contact ability, power of persuation, negotiation skills and assertiveness
- High commitment, stress resistancy, strong planning and organisation talent
- Willingness to travel
