Lead AME Aircraft Maintenance Service Center

What your day will look like as a Lead AME:

*

Adhere to company procedures and policies;

*

Assist the evaluation of the maintenance program that meets needs of client

*

Maintain aircraft in airworthy condition for on-schedule departures;

*

Communicate with dispatch/operations upon arrival of aircraft, review aircraft status and advise management of any potential downtime that impacts schedule;

*

Coordinate the work flow of the other AMEs and Technicians in the Aircraft Maintenance Service Center;

*

Assist in the control of expenditures and maintenance activities on the aircraft;

*

Complete all work order entries in a timely fashion;

*

Coordinate MSP/Smart Parts/Warranty (review and validate information);

*

Authorize labour support and review and code all vendor invoices related to the aircraft;

*

Review work order charges to ensure correct data entered into system and advise Regional Director Finance of any discrepancies;

*

Perform maintenance activities as required;

*

Participate with scheduled heavy maintenance;

*

Provide AOG support when required;

*

Generate maintenance task cards in preparation for maintenance activities;

*

Support the Maintenance ProductionManager with administrative activities;

*

Perform daily inspection & pre-flight and post flight activities;

*

Review Maintenance Support staff (AMEs, Apprentice, Ramp Attendant, etrc.) timesheets and coordinate their work activities;

*

Coordinate parts ordering and return;

*

Supervise and monitor contractor’s work activities;

*

Perform other tasks as assigned by Maintenance Production Manager.

*

Acts as SMS Investigator for the Base

What is required as a Lead AME at Innotech-Execaire:

*

AME License

*

Corporate Aviation Experience and/or endorsements on aircrafts

*

Minimun 5 years experience in a similiar position

*

Good communicator written and verbal

*

Sound troubleshooting skills and good analytical skills

*

Sufficient computer skills to enable interrogation and downloading of information from aircraft and their engines

*

Customer service oriented

*

Ability to perform under pressure

*

Possess good organizational skills

*

Team player

* Professional, flexible and self-motivated
