Aero Air, LLC, is seeking an experienced Lead Licensed A&P Mechanic specializing in Lear aircraft to join our exceptional team of maintenance professionals in Hillsboro, Oregon. The preferred candidate will have experience leading a team of mechanics with a primary focus on maintenance of corporate aircraft including extensive experience working on the Lear. The preferred candidate will also have some leadership skills or the desire to lead a team.
Duties;
Communicates with customers and upper levels of management to solve problems and ensure satisfaction.
Leads a team to perform all airframe, power-plant repairs and modifications required to meet company, manufacturer, and FAA requirements.
Ability to operate all power tools and equipment necessary to accomplish job assignments.
Ensures the team accurately completes all required maintenance records.
Monitors accuracy on all recording of work order entries.
Monitors and ensures a clean and neat work area to our customers.
Train new mechanics and further develop experienced mechanics.
Requirements;
Leadership experience helpful.
3 plus years experience maintaining corporate aircraft.
A&P license.
Valid drivers license.
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
Minimum 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associates degree helpful.
