Job Role:
Excel have a new permanent position available for a Landside Terminal Operations Manager in the Middle East.
This position holds primary responsible for the design, development and resourcing of all aspects of our clients Landside passenger offering. This individual will, with the Senior Manager Airport Services, be responsible for the quality of operations in all areas of the passenger operations Landside. This includes Y class check in, J class check in, landside hosting, management of hand baggage as well as general management of check in and check in flow, the support and deployment of items such as Kiosk, OLCKI and other electronic initiatives.
The requirements for this role are as follows; college degree or equivalent, a minimum of 8 years management experience, a broad general understanding of all aspects of airline operations, relevant IATA certification.
The right person for this role will be someone who meets the above requirements along with having various attributes including a strong customer focus, effective communication, business acumen and a real can do attitude.
