Purpose and Context of the Job Comair Limited, a JSE-listed Aviation Company, is looking for applicants for a kulula work supervisor position based in Randburg, Gauteng at the Comair Travel offices. The Supervisor’s responsibility is to maximise the productivity and performance of the kulula work team, ensuring the efficient running of the kulula work operation.

Key Performance Areas To lead and supervise the kulula work team, ensure the delivery of prompt and efficient service to enhance customer satisfaction and increased revenue.
To perform relevant people management functions within an area of accountability.
To effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
To monitor and control costs within the kulula work department in line with budget constraints.

Requirements • Grade 12 (Essential)
• Tertiary qualification in Travel and tourism (Essential).
Comair Airline Reservations Qualifications:
• SABRE native (where manual entries are inserted) (Essential), reservations and ticketing (Essential)
• FLY reservations and ticketing (Desirable)
• GDS qualification (Essential) Amadeus desirable
• Domestic fares and ticketing (Essential)
• International Fares and Ticketing (Desirable)
• BSP certificate (Desirable)
• IATA/UFTAA (Desirable)
• QuikTrav (Desirable)
