The Doncasters Group is a leading international manufacturer of high-precision alloy components which are designed to operate in the most demanding of conditions. Our products are innovative and tenacious and we are looking for a Key Account Manager who can bring a creative and passionate approach to Doncasters based in Italy, Turin.
In this busy and diverse role, you will be responsible for the Italian Account customer portfolio. This includes the responsibility of the distribution of welding studs, stud welders and accessories. So, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about the Automotive Industry.
Your goal is to keep our customers at the heart of everything you do and to do this you need to be good at building strong relationships with customers by really understanding their Technical and Commercial needs. Your experience will allow you to have a clear understanding of automobiles OEM and suppliers which will allow you to keep looking for solutions to secure and retain their valued business.
You’ll be responsible for developing sales opportunities with existing and identified accounts by analysing market data, minimising order losses and identifying and converting your built prospects. You will have the opportunity to identify and develop profitable business with new Doncasters customers in order to increase our market share within the Italian account portfolio.
However, you will not be alone, you will also work collaboratively to process customer orders in connection with the commercial office staff in Germany.
Interested? We are looking for an individual who can bring a real passion for automotive’s or technical manufacturing with excellent selling skills and a proven ability to regularly exceed sales targets in your career to date. You’ll need to be a strong communicator at all levels with a flexible approach that demonstrates your ability to develop relationships with clients of different cultures and with different needs. You will also need to demonstrate a good level of English, Italian and ideally German. This role is a mobile opportunity and will require you to be able to work just as easily on your own or as part of a strong mobile team, freely sharing your skills, knowledge and passion.
