Junior Program Analyst - 1077203

Selected candidate will report to and be accountable to the company project manager. Selected candidate will provide support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) tasking in Patuxent River, MD. A wide variety of programmatic tasks include:• Responds to direction from company manager/supervisor. Provides, supports and complies with a variety of company activities (e.g. required/contractual training, special projects, proposals, data calls, etc.).• Development and monitoring of program and project status• Research and record program related issues• Management and control of program technical documentation via electronic web based databases• Support for the development and review of program technical documentation• Participation in the development of meeting agendas• Assist with the development of meeting minutes and post meeting review to ensure that action items are clearly identified, assigned and/or resolved• Some travel is required

Education/Experience: An AS or AA degree from an accredited college or university and at least two (2) years of experience in a business or technical discipline is required. Allowable Substitution: an additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for an Associate Degree. General office experience and coordination support for a diverse team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Competency with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office suite is required. This position requires excellent written and oral communication skills commensurate with concisely conveying information in a timely manner to personnel for whom English is a second language.

PREFERRED SKILLS:• Knowledge of F/A-18 FMS correspondence policies and procedures is desired.• Knowledge of major weapons system acquisition• Knowledge of Security Assistance/FMS acquisition process/procedure• Familiarity with NAVAIR security/technical transfer policies is desired.
