Role and Responsibilities

Position supports PMA-231 directly assisting the Japan Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to perform program management and engineering support in the execution of E-2D FMS program for Japan. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

* Responds to direction from company manager/supervisor. Provides support and complies with a variety of company activities (e.g. required/contractual training, special projects, proposals, data calls, etc.).

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

* Track and coordinate FMS customer actions items from initial inquiry through resolution and response reporting; participate in action item update meetings.

* Support systems engineering reviews.

* Maintain engineering tracking matrix.

* Assist in the development, coordination, and integration of program technical and business solutions.

Requirements

AS or AA degree in a Business, Management, or Engineering with three (3) years of Program Office experience of which one (1) year would like to be FMS experience. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: A total of six (6) years’ Program Office experience support may be substituted for the degree requirement.

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

* Experience with the Microsoft Office productivity suite specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required.

* Applicant must already have at least an active SECRET security clearance.

PREFERRED SKILLS

* Demonstrated experience in program/project status and schedules.

* Experience in assisting in the coordination and/or support of Program Management Reviews, Technical Working Groups, and Technical Interchange Meetings.
