Job description
- Research and resolve technical issues in a professional, timely and accurate manner, towards internal teams, departments and external vendors.
- Perform issue triage, troubleshooting, workarounds, resolution delivery and escalation as needed.
- Help coordinate internal projects and activities inside the department.
- Lead the process for resolving critical incidents which are affecting end-users
- Manage problem and incident lifecycles, including detection, root cause analysis, status reporting, repair and recovery.
- Ensure that operational processes are well documented.
- Support our Customer Escalations team to ensure that superior customer service is provided to our loyalty program members.
- Taking ownership of outstanding issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working with technical help desk and/or operational IT support.
- Knowledge about API’s, such as REST/SOAP web services.
- Experience on working with back-office applications.
- Open to occasional travel to HQ and Vendor locations.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies and a strong will to learn more.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
