Reports to: IT Planning Manager/IT Planning Lead
The IT Planning and Governance Team are responsible for driving and optimizing IT investment for strategic business growth; to develop tactical plans to identify ways to improve IT performance; establishing IT finance and resourcing strategy and policies and to provide Enterprise reporting for management decision-making.
the IT Planning Analyst is accountable for managing and supporting the IT financial/resourcing or reporting domain across IT department.
Key responsibilities:
* Work with Project Managers, Performance Managers to facilitate management reporting in relation to IT spend/Resourcing
* Perform project analysis and financial planning duty
* Monitor and keep track of Project/Programme and capital expenditures
* Review key terms and conditions of service agreements and impact assessment/change management to Projects
* Act as the focal point of various counterparties in project financial control and budget preparation
* Support the IT resourcing strategy to optimize recruitment processes and ensure correct mix of permanent to contractor ratio for project delivery and BAU.
* Support the team to provide enterprise level view of enterprise reports for management review
Requirements:
* University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
* Minimum 6 years of IT experience with at least recent 2 years in related position.
* Good analytical and problem solving skills.
* Good interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
* Good business acumen, with demonstrable competency in business planning and strategy development
* Good communications abilities and relationship management skills
