Job Description:
Summary:
The Engineering Applications Analyst role supports Engineering Applications Administration and related functions.
Primary Accountabilities:
* Responsible for ongoing administration of the Teamcenter and Portal systems, performing new user and user access related functions.
* Ensures all systems are Export Compliant and related functions.
* Administers Global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) / Engineering Systems at the User, Business and Systems level
* Creates new and updates existing training documentation
* Facilitates training and supports end-users in a global engineering arena
* Participates in system testing when required
Challenges:
* Maintaining the Teamcenter and other engineering applications up and running 24x7 on a global basis.
* Managing user accounts and associated security access rights.
* Assisting CAD users / Engineers with Teamcenter functions
* Requirement for a person that is both IT savvy and has CAD knowledge and Engineering comprehension

Technical Proficiency – Engineering Principles & IT Engineering Systems (CAD, TeamCenter) - Engineering Principles & IT Engineering Systems experience, including in-depth knowledge of CAD and Team Center. Has the functional and technical knowledge / skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
5. Influence - Demonstrated ability to gain others’ support for ideas, proposals and solutions, and getting others to take action to advance work objectives.
6. Coaching & Training - Works to improve and reinforce the skills and capabilities of others. Provides clear, specific direction or guidance and makes or elicits specific suggestions for improvement in a manner that builds confidence and maintains self-esteem.

Minimum Requirements:
Education:
* Technical Bachelor’s Degree
* Software, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering Preferred
Experience:
* 3+ years of experience using CAD software.
* Knowledge of Teamcenter is a plus.
Skills:
* CAD Skills - Creo, Unigraphics, or SolidWorks
* Demonstrated Computer Skills
* Proficient in MS Office Applications
* Excellent Communication Skills
