IOC Cargo Commercial Manager Qatar Airways Doha
About Your Job:
The IOC Cargo Commercial Manager is responsible for maximizing the impact of cargo commercial interest in the IOC decision making. You will define the project priorities and processes to best develop cargo revenue and customer satisfaction within the IOC window. You will be responsible to define and supervisor interfaces with all other teams within IOC, freighter route management and QR cargo operations teams. You will maintain and manager the IOC Cargo Commercial Manal.
Accountability
Strategic/Tactical
- Manager the optimal integration of cargo commercial interest within IOC
- Define and manage key process improvement projects such as belly capacity optimization, extension of the upgrade request process to regional sales etc.
- Report KPIs and escalate key issues impacting revenue, cost or OTO to execute management.
Operational
- Attend all daily briefing platforms and create a summary for management review
- Evaluate and process commercial request for upgrade sent by Regional Sales and revenue Management
- Provide cargo revenue figures to relevant IOC stakeholders for accurate decision making
- Design detailed plan to mitigate the impact of irregular operations
Leadership
- Establish and regularly evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans procedures and practices and make appropriate changes if needed.
- Oversee and supervise employee’s
- Train and develop other employee’s.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree qualified however a Master’s degree would be preferred. You will be an expert with minimum 7 years of job related experience and proven track record in delivering projects’
You will be an ambassador of our Qatar Airways values, systems, process and policies. This role demands a high level of energy and, intelligence . In addition you must have an outstanding communication and presentation skills. You must have experience in Analysis, Planning and Project Management and should have the ability to effectively manage a team within a commercial business environment.
