On behalf of our Aviation Client, we are seeking an organized, diligent responsible Inventory Controller to join an existing Team. You will manage inventory using Quantum inventory Software System.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory according to company guidelines
- Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
- Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies
- Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
- Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; process orders for shipment
- Ensure order fulfillment details are carried out
- Collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities
- Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform quality control decisions
Experience:
The successful candidate will have worked at least 2 year plus in Inventory control/ warehouse / stock control
Will have used Quantum Software in an inventory controlled environment in a previous role would be highly desirable
Ideally coming from an Aviation background
Forklift license an advantage but not a requirement
