Description

Reporting to the Head of Operational Cost Management, the incumbent will be responsible for interacting with airline operations departments to provide and receive data and information related to the operations.

Responsibilities

Communicating IATA activities to airlines;
Managing data collection activities;
Assisting in development of website and automation of activities through the website;
Providing required information on definitions related to data collection templates;
Organizing various activities that support the data collection, reporting, analysis and presentation of results;
Coordinating industry meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

University degree in Engineering, Business Administration;
Excellent PC skills including (but not limited to) data analysis and visuallization (Power BI), MS Office (especially Excel and macros), SharePoint, and website applications;
Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset;
Experience in dealing with people from various cultures and customer service skills;
Knowledge of the airline industry and aircraft operations is a plus.
