Intern IATA Training

Description

Mentored by the Manager, Training Partner and Business Development, the Intern, IATA Training will gain experience in administrative duties supporting IATA training partner activities in the global market.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer and training partner queries through multiple channels (such as email, phone, web, and social media platforms)
* Assist with Training events management
* Assist customers in course selection, enrolment, exam registration and payment process
* Maintain and develop solid customer relationships through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen their relationship with IATA
* Assist Finance in the payment application to the purchase orders
* Coordinate with the shipping company to deliver training material
* Provide support in social media activities and marketing campaigns
* Handle other operational tasks and special projects assigned

Qualifications and Skills

* Graduate student in business administration, accounting, economics, human resources, or any similar discipline;
* Ability to multitask while respecting deadlines;
* Ability to handle a large volume of work accurately and efficiently;
* Ability to work in a multicultural team environment;
* Very meticulous and precise work habits;
* Excellent English written/verbal communication skills; knowledge of French and/or other international language/s is an asset
* Highly computer literate, particularly in MS Office
