Intern Airport and Ground Operations Products Support

Description

Reporting to Product Manager Airport & Ground Operations Training, the Intern, Airport and Ground Operations Products Support will support activities of training and publications portfolio.

Responsibilities

* Support all administration, logistics and marketing matters pertaining to training and publications;
* Monitor stock of publications ensuring that replenishment orders are made on time;
* Distribute training material, ensuring that the latest versions are maintained;
* Process to level 3 queries received from Customers Service team;
* Arrange for the issuance and monitor the completion of assignments issued to the external SMEs for content development and delivery;
* Analyze product Quality KPIs with data received from Training Quality department;
* Monitor classroom training booking status;
* Monitor the logistics for the instructors’ assignment to classroom training;
* Monitor the receipt of approved content from IATA Core teams for publication in IATA Manuals;
* Perform research to support product management and business development activities of portfolio.

Qualifications and Skills

* Undergraduate student or recently graduated student (within one year of graduation) majoring in Business Administration, Marketing or Education is preferred;
* Proven organizational skills with demonstrated ability in managing projects while maintaining high attention to details;
* Excellent inter-personal skills;
* Excellent PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs;
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
* Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment;
* Demonstrates knowledge of using various marketing media such as email, social media, the Internet;
* Possesses strong communication skills and is customer service oriented.
