Our customer has a heritage of delivering training for over 90 years and are an approved EASA Part 147, City and Guilds, IOSH, CMI and CITB training organisation.

They have a portfolio of accredited, tailored theory and practical programs including up skilling and hand skills development.

Due to a period of growth, and the forming of a new partnership, they are seeking to appoint either experienced Instructors with previous Part 66 teaching experience, or Licensed Engineers who wish to diversify into a teaching and training environment.

This role will involve both theory and practical teaching, with an approximate split of 50/50

The role will also include initial development work (at our Cambridge site) associated with application to the CAA for a fully approved basic programme under part 147. The course will subsequently be delivered at our Norwich site.

The successful candidate will have:

Essential
Experience of teaching Part 147 classroom, workshop and aircraft based lessons
Strong IT literacy and communication skills

Desirable
EASA B1 or B2 license
Experience in delivering both practical, and theoretical Aerospace training associated with modern commercial Aircraft.
QTLS/QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

The position will be based in Cambridge for the first 3 months before moving to Norwich, & is available to start ASAP, salary and benefits are competitive with today industry.
