Get to know the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Inflight Services (IFS) Catering Operations Specialist to support and manage the provision and delivery of our network-wide Catering Operations. Reporting directly to the Catering Operations Manager, you and your team will help us maximise financial results without compromising quality. You will manage partner relationships, performance of agreed SLA’s, and maintain catering manuals with a focus on continually making things better for our crew and our guests.

To be the standout applicant for this role, you will excel at:

* Contractor management, process improvement and change management

* Driving operational efficiency of the 24/7 Catering operation and OTP

* Monitoring product performance, identifying areas for improvement

* Managing projects, reviewing and measuring success

Above all else, your obsession with delivering the best customer experience will be evident in the way you work with people and stakeholders, and you will be ready and willing to apply your skills in our rapidly changing, fast paced operational environment.

Let’s get to know you:

* Extensive experience in contract management and process review

* Tertiary qualification in a food related subject or relative industry experience

* Flexibility to travel when required – both domestic and international
