Human Resources Business Partner
We are developing and transforming the HR organization at SAS and are now looking for a strategic business HR Business Partner to join us and take an important part in our journey to make SAS voted best Scandinavian employer.
The journey will take us from an operative driven function to a more strategic and tactical HR organization. You will play an important role in the continuous development of the organization and will be a key player in the implementation of a new HR-system being launched during the autumn 2019.
As a HR Business Partner, you will work with transforming strategic business plans into execution, meaning implementing the people plan and SAS common HR processes in the organizational areas of your responsibility. The HR Business Partner is responsible for the HR agenda and to align specific people projects and activities in the organization.
You will implement and work with workforce planning, develop strong talent pipelines, employee engagement, performance management and support business leaders in different levels. This in close collaborate with the HR Centers of Expertise; Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefit, People Development, Industrial relations and Work environment & Rehabilitation to deliver the best solutions for the business and the employees.
The position is based in SAS HQ in Frösundavik, Copenhagen/Kastrup or Oslo/Gardermoen, with a Scandinavian scope and willingness to travel.
Your profile
* You will have relevant education and experience in HR, with preferably a large part as a HR Business Partner in a Scandinavian and/or international environment
* You have experience from working with strategic and structured work force planning, talent acquisition and performance management
* You have a business acumen and ability to positively influence and effectively collaborate in a cross-functional environment
* You are a skilled negotiator and liaison with Unions and Work councils to support management in bargaining and collective agreements
* You have experience and good knowledge in Swedish and/or Scandinavian labor law
* English and Scandinavian language – fluent (written and spoken)
As a person
* You are helpful, calm and have a high integrity and the ability to build confidence and trust
* You have a can-do attitude, like to work independently and are willing to take ownership and make own decision
* You like the mix of being both operational and strategical and can balance and perform several parallel activities at the same time
* You have excellent communication skills and know your stakeholder management
* You know how to analyze data and working with HR KPIs in a structured way to provide people related insights to managers

About our Head Office
Frösundavik is a great place to work. There is a gym, restaurant, café and a variety of services to make your life easier. It’s located in a green area of Solna and close to Hagaparken and Brunnsviken. There’s a non-stop bus connection from the Central Station to Frösunda and commuter trains to/from Solna Station. There is a free shuttle bus from Solna station to the office. Of course, cycling is another option and many of us enjoy the scenic route to the office every day.
