Job description
• Norwegian Group’s local HR representative for Pilot Services
• Overall HR Support for Pilot Services and the management
• Ensure structured, local HR in accordance with Norwegian Group guidelines and procedures
• Ensure consistent and effective application of human resources processes and programs including annual salary review, performance reviews etc.
• Ensure compliance between Norwegian regulations and local regulations.
• Personnel administration, hereunder employee relations including assessment of and managing absence, disciplinary, grievances and sickness, contracts etc.
• Serve as a resource to colleagues and local leaders in facilitating the resolution of internal issues and conflicts
• Educate managers regarding personnel matters
• Manage Union Dialogue, including Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations together with central teams
• Coordinate with the Norwegian HR team to provide data and advice relating to competitiveness of Reward offering – salary range development, market benchmarking etc.
• Manage relationship with payroll provider, including approving monthly payroll
• Coordination of hiring process
• Attend Norwegian Group HR meetings when required, including collaboration with Group HR and other local HR Managers to ensure a Norwegian Group approach to HR work
• Responsible for contribution to Norwegian Group HR development at a local level
Qualifications
• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related area
• A proven track record as a HR manager
• Management skills
• Experience from HR role in an Airline company, working with Air crew considered an assed but not a necessity
• Working knowledge of country specific employment laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Fluent in English, written and oral
