Norwegian Air Resources Shared Service Center AS (part of the Norwegian Group) is looking for a HR Data Administrator. The position will be fulltime and member of the HR Shared Service Center.

We are looking for a service minded person that has experience working with HR data, preferably within SAP SuccessFactors (or a similar HR system). You must know the important of correct registration of HR data and enjoy working with HR data/ system.

Norwegian is growing and that will provide opportunities, but also require flexibility and ability to cope with a hectic environment. The position will be located at our headquarter at Fornebu and report to HR Manager.

Job description

• Register new hires and update HR data/employee information changes in the HR system.

• Update and ensure accuracy and quality of HR data.

• Conduct HR analysis and prepare reports and presentations.

• Communicate with various stakeholders within HR and outside to secure quality of data.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years working experience within administrative HR, knowledge with the HR lifecycle.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Experience of HR Software / Systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday an advantage.
