We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our client a Head of department in the field electrical engineering in Gilching. In your future job, you will be responsible for developing the department structure and processes.

Task description
- Establishing and managing of the electronic lab
- Developing and testing of electronics including high voltage application, batteries and avionics
- Hiring and resource planning within the department
- Responsibility regarding safety at work and employee training
- Configuring of structures and processes within the department
- Supervising of tasks related to 1kV applications
- Working on any ad-hoc related tasks or projects provided by management
- Stakeholder for the management
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering
- At least 5 years professional experience in a similar position
- Know-how of high voltage applications up to 1kV 1MW
- Good skills in project management and team coordination
- Fluent English as well as knowledge of German and French would be an advantage
- Target-oriented and a high level of self-reliance
